Bio

Patricia Mattosinhos is working as a visiting scholar in the lab of Giuseppe Valacchi. Her research is focused on advanced experimental approaches in cellular biology. Mattosinhos’ work involves cell culture manipulation, molecular and ex vivo analyses, with a focus on inflammation and skin tissue repair. This research is part of her doctoral studies in Cellular and Structural Biology at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV–Brazil). Through this international collaboration, she aims to integrate cutting-edge methodologies into her ongoing research in experimental pathology, enhancing both scientific output and academic cooperation between institutions.
