Bio
As a member of Eroglu Lab, I am involved in exciting research as we are exploring the relationship between carotenoid metabolism, gut microbiota, host inflammation and antioxidant properties. Using techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, and Western blot, our work includes cell culture, in vitro experiments, and animal studies. Our objectives range from understanding carotenoids’ impact on the gut microbiome to researching probiotic yeast for unique gut effects. I am on this journey to be a part of advancing science and also expanding my experience in health sciences.
