Plants For Human Health Institute

Ms. Susan Stirewalt handles the bookkeeping aspect of the institute, which includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, travel, purchase orders, budget work, managing the Faculty House lodging facility, journal entries and interdepartmental transfers for the budget. In addition to her job duties, Susan works with high school students each week and teaches them on-the-job training. She also started a monthly administrative forum for the campus (North Carolina Research Campus Administrative Forum) and initiated the Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less program for the campus.
