Ms. Megan Bame is part of the communications team for the Plants for Human Health Institute (PHHI), including N.C. MarketReady, the Cooperative Extension outreach of PHHI. She works with the faculty to help convey their research endeavors to the general public. Her responsibilities include writing and editing news releases, online content and outreach publications. Megan helps develop resources promoting N.C. fresh produce as part of The Produce Lady program.
