N.C. Value-Added Cost Share Program
Cost Share Applicants
NCVACS Overview Presentation (PDF)
Do you have a great idea for a new or expanded enterprise that involves value-added agriculture in North Carolina?
If you are an N.C. independent producer, agricultural producer group, farmer cooperative, majority-controlled producer-based business or value-added processor of N.C. commodities, then you may be eligible for cost share funding from NCVACS.
*Please note that the guidelines and applications for producers are different from those for processors. If you grow/raise at least 50% of the raw agricultural commodity to which you add value, you are considered a producer. If you purchase at least 50% of the raw agricultural commodity to which you add value, you are considered a processor.
